Build Time
Usual Build Time | 2-4 weeks
This may vary depending on the time of year and availability of stock.
If you require wheels in a hurry, please do get in touch and we can advise on what we can turn around more quickly for you.
We build all our wheels to order. While we try to hold good stock of the vast majority of our hub, rim, spoke and nipple options, we are at times limited by finite space and resources. During busy periods and in particular following COVID-19 and the impact on supply in the cycle industry; some components may take longer than we would like to come back into stock. We will contact you as soon as possible following any orders which may be impacted, but do feel free to contact us prior to order if you require peace of mind on build turn around times.
Delivery
We offer free delivery for all online orders, but if you are local to us in Cardiff, you are welcome to collect your wheels in person. Please contact us to make arrangements to do so.
For delivery, we despatch our wheels with Parcel Force 24 or 48 Express service. We package in recyclable cardboard boxes with spacer inserts to keep them safe. Prior to despatch we will try contacting you to confirm address and preferred day for arrival.
If you need to send your wheels to us for servicing, we can arrange collection and return for you for £30. The original box will be the best for packaging purposes, but if you are unable to hold on to this, most local bike shops will be happy to save their waste and provide to you free of charge.

2 | Ordering goods from us
2.1 | You are deemed to have placed and order with us and a legally binding contract is entered as follows:
2.1.1 | We provide you a quotation but this is not a binding offer to supply goods. This will either be through our website or by email, using a bespoke specification sheet to which you will be provided a link to access.
2.1.2 | You place an order and make payment for goods with us, using either cash, BACS transfer, card payment, or via our online checkout process. As part of this process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
2.1.3 | When you place your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered or the reason we have not accepted the order.
2.1.4 | Once we have accepted your order in writing (generally by email) a legally binding contract will be in place.
2.1.4 | We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available,
(b) where we have not been able to obtain authorisation for your payment,
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error, or
(d) we are not in a position to fulfil your order at that time due to extenuating circumstances.

3.1 | You have a right to cancel most contracts within 14 days without reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you receive acceptance from us for your order.
3.2 | However, where ordered goods are made to your specification, such as custom built wheels, the contract may only be cancelled without further conditions if within 14 days after acceptance and the build has not been started (labour costs incurred).
3.3 | Cancellations following the commencement of a build may be accepted, but must first be accepted by us in writing.
3.4 | To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement in writing (eg a letter sent by post or email).

6 | Payment
6.1 | You must pay for all goods in full before they are sent to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6.2 | You may pay by the agreed method either detailed in writing or via our online checkout.
6.3 | The price of the goods is stated in pounds sterling and includes VAT when required and at the applicable rate. The price includes the cost of delivery within the UK, but not excess costs required for overseas shipping. These will be agreed in writing or may be selected in our online checkout process.
7 | Nature and quality of the goods
7.1 | Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights (statutory rights) which we will protect. The goods will be of a satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose and match their description (or sample where appropriate). We will provide you with goods that comply with your legal rights.
7.2 | We try to make sure that all weights and measurements are as accurate as possible. While we aim for high accuracy, advertised wheelset weight estimations have a tolerance of +/- 10% relative to the weight of the completed wheels.
7.3 | If after the order is placed we find we are unable to supply certain components of your wheels or a significant delay is anticipated (for example a specific hub or rim) we may need to substitute them with alternative good. In this case, we will let you know if we intend to do this; stating the difference in performance anticipated. You can choose whether to accept or refuse. In the latter case we will offer you a refund or a replacement, which will be available for as long as we tell you.
